Easy Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
6 Large Potatoes, sliced thin4 T Onion Powder1/4 C Whole Wheat Flour1/8 t Chili Powder1 1/2 t Salt3 T Butter1 1/2 C Skim Milk
Directions
Layer sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish with the onion powder and flour between layers. Heat the milk and butter and season with chili powder and salt. Pour sauce over potatoes.

Bake covered for 1 hour and uncovered for an additional 30 minutes, or make this in a Crock Pot, cooking on low for 6 - 8 hours.
