Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten1 large zucchini, diced1-2 cups frozen spinach6 oz beef (steak or ground), cooked2 slices thick cut bacon, chopped & cooked1/4 cup diced red or yellow onion1 tsp minced garlicsalt & pepper
Directions
Cook the meats in a pan.

In a 9x9 baking dish, layer the zucchini, spinach, & onion. Add the meat over the top. Pour in the eggs.
Sprinkle some salt & pepper.

Bake at 400' for 20-25 minutes. Let set 5 minutes before serving.
