Russian Radish Salad

Ingredients
1 lb radishes4 cloves garlic1/2 cup light mayo1/2 cup fat free sour cream1 cup shredded cheese, and typesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
wash and shred radishes or put through food processor. mince garlic. Mix all ingredients, pack in covered bowl and let sit overnight in fridge.
