Braised Chicken Thighs with Fresh herbs

Ingredients
½cup chopped fresh parsley3 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary2 tablespoons minced fresh chives1 cup dry white wine1 small onion, thinly sliced1 bay leaf12 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned½ teaspoon kosher salt,½ teaspoon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine parsley,
rosemary, chives, wine, onion and bay leaf in a
13x9-inch baking dish. Add chicken to pan, and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake
40 minutes or until done.
