Miracle Rice Turkey Meatloaf

20 oz Jennie O extra lean ground turkey8 oz Miracle rice1 cup sliced Mushrooms3 garlic cloves1 med onion2 eggs2 tbsp ketchup6 tbsp Walden Farm's Honey BBQ Sauce1 tsp salt1 tbsp Parsley1 tbsp Marjoram1 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp Thyme
Rinse and drain the miracle rice. Put in hot skillet and cook until dry.
While rice is cooking, put mushrooms, garlic and onion in food processor and chop until fairly fine. When rice is dry add vegetables to the skillet
Add salt and spices. Cook until onions are translucent.
Divide in 6 portions in large muffin tins.
Serving Size: 2 large muffin tin pieces
