Nutty Honey Protein Bars

Visalus Shake Mix or protein powder of choice 312g total or 12 servings of 26gBob's Red Mill Organic quick cooking Rolled Oats 270 grams or 3 cupsAlmonds 45 grams or 1/2 cupHoney 5 tbsp Peanut Butter, Natural, Chunky, Smuckers 5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 6 tbsp or approx 1/2 cupWater approx 3/4 cup--adjust to desired consistency
Combine all ingrdients in a bowl. Add water in 1/4 cup increments until desired consistency is reached. Using waxed paper, press mixture into a sprayed or lightly greased 9X13 in pan (I use a 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil for the extra flavor). Bake at 350degrees for 15 minutes. The edges will be slightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes and cut while still warm into 16 pieces. Continue to cool until room temperature and enjoy!
