Grilled Chicken Stuffed with Spinach and Swiss

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breasts (4oz each)2 Slices Swiss Cheese1 cup Spinach, fresh
Directions
Cut each chicken breast longways in half up to about 1/4 inch of the other side. Open them up like a book and place 1 slice of cheese and 1/2 cup spinach in each. Close the chicken back up and cook on the grill about 3-5 mins each side. *If you're having a problem flipping them because of the opening, use a toothpick to hold them closed while cooking.
