Gluten free vegan "buttermilk" waffles

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups almond milk and 1 tsp cider vinegar1/4 cup coconut oil melted2 tbsp molasses1/4 cup applesauce1 cup white rice flour1/2 cup gluten free oats1 tbsp flax seed meal1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Combine milk and vinegar and let sit while you get the rest of the ingredients combined
Combine all dry ingredients in food processor. Blend until combined.
Add in molasses, oil, and applesauce. Blend a little then add in milk/vinegar. Blend until well combined.
Add to greased, warm waffle iron by 1/4 cup waffle iron. Top with desired topping!
Makes ~8 servings, 1 waffle each! Delicious!
