Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
3lb of chicken legs or Thighs1 cup of cider vinegar1cup of soy sauce1 garlic clove1 large onion2 bay leaves
Directions
Place chicken in WoK. cook until there is no pink
Place Garlic clove diced and Onion Sliced in pan with chicken. When onions are carmalized add in your vinegar and sauce. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes then simmer. Enjoy with some white rice!
