Bittersweet Farm Chicken with glazed carrots

1/4 cup flour1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast4 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter light, divided1/4 cup lemon juice3 tbsp honey2 tbsp orange zest1 tbsp lite soy sauce1 cup baby carrots, cooked
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in large plastic bag. Add chicken, one breast at a time, and shake to coat.
3. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large baking pan. Roll chicken in butter to coat all sides. Arrange in a single layer in pan. Bake 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in lemon juice, honey, orange zest, and soy sauce; reserve 2 tbsp of the mixture.
5. Remove chicken from oven; turn pieces over. Pour honey mixture over chicken. Continue baking additional 15 minutes or until chicken is glazed and tender.
6. Toss reserved honey mixture with cooked carrots; serve with chicken.
