Beef with Snow Peas & Baby Corn

3/4 cup ground beef, 93% lean1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp vegetable oil1/2 cup snow peas1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips1 (15 oz) can baby corn, drained & rinsed1 tbsp lite soy sauce1 tsp sesame oil1 cup white rice, cookedsalt & pepper, to taste
1. Brown ground beef in wok. Drain. Add garlic; cook until tender. Set aside. Wipe out wok with paper towel.
2. Heat vegetable oil in wok over medium-high heat. Add snow peas and red peppers; stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in ground beef mixture, baby corn, soy sauce and sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Divide rice among 4 servings and top with stir-fry.
