Spinach Garlic Mushroom and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
2c fresh (bagged) Spinach1/2c fresh sliced mushrooms1/4 c thin sliced radishes2tsp chopped garlic2tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil1can tuna in water (drained)1tbsp Mayo
Directions
Make a bed of Spinach, mix Tuna and mayo and place in center, surround with radishes, quickly saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil, pour mushroom mixture on top around the tuna.
