4 ripe mangoes5 T. honeysmall handful of mint-chop fine1/2 red jalepeno pepper-chop fine1/2 green jalepeno pepper-chop finezest of 2 limes
This makes about 8 ample servings. Cut the stems off the mangoes. This makes a good flat surface to set them on. Peel the mangoes and slice off the meat just around the pit on either side. Set the half on its side and slice into thin slices and fan them out on your serving platter. Cut your peppers in half and remove seeds. Chop half of each pepper finely and put in a bowl. Add honey, finely chopped mint, and lime zest to the peppers. Mix well and pour over mangoes and serve! The sauce will be thick at first and then becomes much thinner, so make sure you use a platter that the juice won't run off of. For a sophisticated dessert, serve this over ice cream or frozen yogurt!
