Greek Turkey Meatloaf with Tzatziki

Ingredients
For Sauce:1 cup plain fat free Greek yogurt1/2 cup diced seedless cucumber1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice1 garlic clove, minced1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh dillSalt and pepper, to tasteFor Meatloaf:1 lb lean ground turkey1/2 cup fat free feta cheese, crumbled1 cup fresh spinach, chopped2 large egg whites1/4 cup plain bread crumbs1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp oreganosalt & pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Prepare sauce: In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, lemon juice, garlic, and dill. Stir until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Chill for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

4. Place into a lightly greased loaf pan and bake 45 minutes or until cooked thru.
