Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1/4 c chia seeds 1 1/4 c almond milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 c shredded coconut, unsweetened 2 tbsp honey
Directions
Add almond milk to a mason jar. Whisk in (or shake in jar) chia seeds, cocoa powder, coconut and honey. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator then serve.

    I am OBSESSED with this recipe and so are my husband and oldest son. We are hardcore dessert lovers and can really appreciate when something tastes great and is good for you. Although we do make 3 larger portions instead of 6 smaller ones, it's still totally worth the calorie count, so good!! - 9/11/17
