Rumbamel's Ramen Noodle Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
-1 pack, 3 oz shrimp ramen noodles-1 pack, 3 oz beef ramen noodles-1 bag, 12 oz broccoli slaw-1/2 bunch green onions , about 1.25 oz, chopped-2/3 C , 56g, sliced almonds (roasted or not)-56 g sunflower seeds-1/2 C granulated sugar-1/4 C canola oil-1/3 C white distilled vinegar
Directions
---Crunch up your ramen noodles (it said 1 in. pieces, but in the bag it is difficult to judge) and set the spice packets aside.

---In a large bowl, layer the noodles in the bottom and then top with your slaw and then the nuts and seeds followed by your onions.

---Combine the sugar, oil, vinegar and seasoning packets and then pour over the slaw mix. Cover and chill for up to 24 hrs.

---Toss before serving.

---Makes 8 servings of 3/4 C each.
