Portabella Quesadilla

Ingredients
1 portabella mushroom sliced into fingers1 tbls butter1 Flour tortilla1/4 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend2 tbls Diced onions
Directions
cook sliced mushrooms and onions in butter (Do Not add Salt) Let mushrooms brown after they have browned add salt and pepper. Add cooked mushrooms, cheese and onions to half of the tortilla, fold in half and crisp in the skillet that you cooked the mushrooms in.

Slice & eat.
