Papa Bear's Classic Cole Slaw /w a low carb twist

Ingredients
6 Tbsp Light Mayo1.5 Tbsp White Vinegar3 Tbsp Splenda1 Large Head of Cabbage, chopped1/2 Cup Grated Carrot (optional) (calculated in)and/or 1 Red Delicious Apple (optional) (NOT calculated)and/or 1 small can crushed pineapple drained (NOT calculated)
Directions
In a small bowl mix together mayo, vinegar and Splenda. In large serving bowl add chopped cabbage and carrot (if used) , toss in mayo mix and serve, cover and refrigerate leftovers.
