Stuffed Poblano Peppers

5 - Poblano Peppers1 20 oz package of extra lean ground turkey1 packet taco seasoningshredded romaine lettuce1.25 cups of shredded 2% Mexican cheese blendsalsasour cream
1. For poblanos: heat broiler and place 4 inches from heat source on a baking sheet. Broil for 15 to 20 minutes until the skin has turned black and begun to peel. It's normal to hear it fizzle and pop. Remove from the oven and place in a bowl until cool enough to handle. Then peel off the skin.
2. Cook the turkey in a skillet, ading taco seasoning once completely cooked.
3. carefully slit each pepper lengthwise to remove the stem and seeds.
4 Assemble each stuffed pepper with 4 oz turkey, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream.
