Nightshade free BBQ sauce

Ingredients
4 lbs fresh apricots (this was the weight at the store)1 cup molasses2 1/2 cups brown sugar2 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar1 cup white vinegar4 tablespoons butterSplash of whiskey1 plus teaspoons garlic powder1 plus teaspoons onion powder1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon celery salt1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1 plus teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Directions
Wash and remove the seeds of the apricots, put them in blender and puree (makes about 8 cups of puree).
Combine with other ingredients in saucepan and simmer for an hour until it has reduced.
Season to taste with more garlic, onion and ground pepper.
