Greek Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients
For the salad:-10 oz whole grain pasta (Penne or bow tie works best)-1.5 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved-2 bell peppers (any color), chopped-1 large red onion, chopped-1 cucumber (with or without peal), chopped-2 cups chopped carrot -1 cup chopped celery-2 plain chicken breasts, baked or grilledFor the dressing:-1/2 cup plain greek yogurt-1/4 cup fresh dill (or to taste)-juice of half a lemon-salt and pepper to taste
Directions
-Cook pasta as instructed on box
-Dice up cooked chicken
-combine all ingredients
