Spicy Brown Rice & Lentils

Ingredients
Lentils, 1 cup cinnamon sticks, 2 (broken in half)whole cloves, 10 Cayenne Pepper, 3 tsp Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup 1 Tbsp Ground Flax Seed
Directions
Spray rice cooker with Olive Oil spray to limit the sticking during cooking. Put all ingredients in rice cooker with amount of water product desires or 4 cups water. Cook until rice cooker says it is done. Remove cloves and cinnamon sticks. If lentils and rice still not tender add more water and place on cook until tender. Check periodically and make sure to fluff immediately when finished. Very Spicy meal, Is yummy with peanut sauce and veggies. Has bland flavor when first tasted and then the intensity of the lentils and the cinnamon explode in mouth. Is a little dry would go well with diced tomatoes and / or as a side to a cream sauce dish or yogurt sauce. MMM MMM Good!
