Low Fat Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
One box cake mix (I used regular white cake mix)3 egg whites (lightly beaten)1 - 20 oz can crushed pineapple
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl with a large spoon (just enough to incorporate all ingredients.

Bake in a 9"X13" baking dish for 30 minutes in a 350 degree (preheated) oven. Let cool for 15 minutes (or serve warm out of the oven like I did with vanilla ice cream - low at of course! YUM!)
