1 lg red bell pepper1 med yellow bell pepper1 med green bell pepper1 jalapeno1 med onion, white or vidalia2 cloves garlic8 oz Swanson 99% fat free chicken broth3 c low fat black beans, drained, not rinsed1 tbsp paprika3 tsp ground cuminsalt and pepper to tastePAM
sautee onion and garlic in PAM or non stick pan, then add peppers. Saute until light in color, add jalapeno, paprika and cumin. Add broth, add black beans, simmer 30 minutes.
