Ingredients
1 can chick peas1/2 the cans liquid2 avocados1 tbsp lemon juice1 tbsp almond butter1 tbsp hot sauceSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until combined to desired consistency

    I found it a little weird. But I made it a 2nd time and used only 1/2 can of chickpeas and 1 avocado added red pepper flakes and 1/8 tsp of cayenne and less liquid. It was 4 out of 5 that way. My family liked the added heat. - 5/30/18
