1 large can of chick peas (Garbanza beans) - 1lb, 13oz - rinsed1 celery stalk, chopped1 small - medium tomato - chopped1 cup kale - steamed & chopped1/4 cup red onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1/4 cup olive oil1 tspn red pepper flakes1 Tbspn lemon juice
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Serve
