Cucumber tomato onion salad

Ingredients
3/4 medium cucumber About one cup sliced grape tomatoes1/4 small onion2 cap fulls of rice wine vinegar2 cap fulls of distilled vinegar 3 tbsp water 2 packets of stevia Salt a d pepper to taste
Directions
Slice cucumber thin & cut thin slices in half
Slice tomatoes
Slice onion thin
Top with two packets stevia, salt, pepper & vinegars.
Stir to combine and enjoy!
