Spicy Chicken and Bean Soup

Ingredients
* 1 cup dried beans, soaked for at least 4 hours* 1 can of diced tomatoes, with jalapeņos for added spice* 2 cups of water* 1 chicken breast (2 half breasts), frozen okay* 1 tbsp cumin* 1 tsp cayenne* 1 tsp of chipotle chili powder (hotter than regular chili powder)* 1 tsp of chopped garlic or garlic powder (not garlic salt!)* 1/2 a chopped onion or 2 tsp of dried onion flakes
Directions
After soaking the beans for at least 4 hours, place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook for 8 hours, or until beans are tender and chicken shreds. Remove chicken breasts from slow cooker and shred with a fork. Return to soup, and stir to mix.

Enjoy with corn bread, crusty bread, or top with sour cream. Yum!
