Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Walnut Balls

1 large fresh banana, smashed2 Tbsp. organic smooth peanut butter (I prefer Arrowhead Mills Organic Creamy Valencia)1 cup regular oats1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips1/4 cup walnuts, chopped well
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Smash peanut butter into banana well, then mix oats in well, next chocolate chips, and finally walnuts. Make sure the batter is mixed well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and transfer to wire rack after slightly cool.
Serving Size: Makes 14 balls.
