Ingredients
*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1.25 cup*Best Choice Self-Rising Flour, 1.5 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 cupButter, unsalted, 1 cupGrade A Extra Large White Eggs, 4 servingButtermilk, lowfat, .75 cupHeavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, whippedSalt, .25 tspVanilla Extract, 2 tsp*Candy Coating - Chocolate (30 tbsp = 1#), 30 serving*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbspCream Cheese Frosting, .25 package (16 oz)
Directions
Mix flour and salt in bowl. Mix vanilla, buttermilk, and cream and set aside. In mixer cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture in increments alternating with liquid ingredients. Spread in a half sheet pan and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.

Crumble and mix with frosting once cooled. Form balls that are about 1.5 ounces. Dip sticks in melted candy coating and push into cake balls. Once set dip entire pop into the candy coating. Let set and serve.
