Leftover Mashed Potatoes, 2 cup Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Flour Self-rising, 0.25 cupEgg, fresh, whole, raw, 2 extra large Salt and Pepper to taste, 1 serving
Mix all ingredients, except salt and pepper, together. Form into 6 patties. Melt butter in fry pan, once melted and pan is heated to medium, place in patties, sprinkle with salt and pepper (to taste). Brown on each side. Don't brown too fast as you want the onion to cook. Serve.
