Bob Harper Jumbo Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients
Olive oil spray4 oz skinless, boneless raw chicken, sliced1/2 cup sliced celery1 head of baby bok choy, chopped1 cup chopped broccoli1 cup chopped cauliflower1 cup shredded cabbage4 cups chopped fresh spinach1 tbsp Bragg’s liquid Aminos2 tbsp low-sodium vegetable broth1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
Directions
Coat a large skillet with olive oil spray. Add the chicken and stir-fry for three minutes. Add the celery, bok choy, broccoli and cauliflower and stir fry for 4 minutes. Add the spinach, Bragg’s Aminos, broth and crushed red pepper. Simmer until the veggies are fork-tender.
