Baby Portabella Mushrooms, 16 ozVan's Natural Foods Wheat and Gluten Free Waffles, 2 WafflesItalian Seasoning, 1 tbsnFennel seed, 1 tspRed Pepper Flakes, 1 tbsnGo Veggie! Grated Parmesan Style Topping, 1 tbsnFollow Your Heart Monterey Jack Style Soy Cheese, shredded, 5 ozGarlic, 4 clove
Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
Scoop out stem and clean out mushroom caps, reserving all of the mushroom bits.
Pulse the waffles in a food processor until they are crumbs.
Add in mushroom pieces, and all other ingredients, until a thick paste is formed.
Using a spoon or small scoop, fill each mushroom cap.
Bake for 20 minutes or until hot.
Serve immediately.
