Chocolate Caramel Slice (hybrid)

Ingredients
2 cups plain flour1 cup brown sugar1 cup desiccated coconut250 g melted butter85g sugar3/4 cup brown sugar2 Tbsp golden syrup1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk2 Tbsp plain flour200g dark chocolate50g butter
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grease & line a slice tray. Mix together the flour, sugar, coconut & melted butter. Press evenly into the baking tray. Bake for 18 mins until golden brown. Make the caramel with the next 5 ingredients all together in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir constantly until the sugar is dissolved. Pour onto the hot base & bake for 10 mins. When completely cool pour over the combined melted chocolate & butter. Cool in the fridge. Cut & serve.
