Quick & Healthy Baked Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 lb ground sirloin1/8 c egg substitute1/4 tbsp dried parsley1/4 c oatmeal1/4 c skim milk1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground pepper1/2 tsp onion powder1/16 tsp nutmeg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls
4. Place on baking sheets sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
5. Bake for 12 minutes or until done

Makes 4 servings of 3 meatballs each.
Serve with your favorite spaghetti and sauce.
