Vegan Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
Ingredients1 Tablespoon capers1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard1 Tablespoon vegan mayo1 Tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon The Vegg (Prepared as directed: 1/8 cup water processed with 1/2 tsp Vegg) *Optional2 small garlic clove3/4 cup vegetable oil2 to 3 Tablespoon red wine vinegar1 Tablespoon lemon juice1/2 Tablespoon vegan sprinkle parmesan cheeseSalt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a food processor combine all the ingredients together.

Blend and to taste, with the salt and black pepper. Once combined, place in a jar of your choosing and store. I like to let it sit overnight to have the flavors combine well and serve with salads the next day.

To serve, spoon over greens and croutons and toss to combine. Add more vegan parmesan as needed.

Pairs great with salads and/or marinades. This dressing will keep for several days stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Enjoy!
