Beef, Mushroom and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1/2 cup, pieces or slices Lean Stew Beef 1 lb chopped in bite size piecesWater, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) Onion Soup Mix, 1 packet Mixed Vegetables, canned, 1 canSalt, 1 tsp Garlic, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp Parsley, dried, 1/2 tbsp Coriander seed ground, 1/4 tbsp Mustard seed ground, yellow, .1/4 tbsp Wild Rice, 2/3 cup
Directions
Brown the stew meat in a skillet until only a little pink shows. Put meat in a slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except the rice and cook on high for 6-8 hours. Add the rice the last hour of cooking.
