Low Fat Cereal Bars

Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats1 cup rice krispies cereal2/3 cup chopped dried apricot d(or dried fruit of choice)3 Table spoons roasted sunflower seeds1/4 cup toasted coconut (I don't toast it)1/4 cup brown sugar, packed2 Table spoons vegetable oil3 Table spoons honey2 Table spoons peanut butter1 Table spoon vanilla
Directions
1. Melt oil, honey, peanut butter in microwave just until easy to mix up. Watc carefully, probably 20 seconds or so. Mix in vanilla.
2. Mix all ingredients together and press down well into 8" square pan sprayed well with cooking spray.
3. Make sure you press down firmly.
4. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
5. Let cool before serving.
