2 ounces 99% Dark Chocolate (world market brand)2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder2 tablespoons Coconut Oil1 cup Peanut Butter, All Natural No Added Sugar2Tbsp Sucanat1tsp molasses1 whole Egg1/2 cup Quick Oats1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda1 pinch Sea Salt3 Scoops advocare vanilla muscle gain
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine unsweetened chocolate, cocoa powder, and coconut oil in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Set aside.
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl including melted chocolate and mix until well blended, scraping sides of bowl as needed.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly brown.
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to cooling rack.
Serving Size: makes 16 large cookies
