Simple Bruschetta CousCous Salad

Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt, .25 cup, hulled *Green Onion (1 large Green Onion) *Bruschetta Tomato Topping, 8 tbsp *Couscous (dry), approx 2 cup
-make couscous according to package
-drain and rinse chickpeas
-chop green onion(fine)
-fluff couscous and allow to cool slightly.
-add all ingredients (exept seeds) to a large bowl and toss together
-chill
-mix in or sprinkle seeds immediately before eating.
fresh. simple. yum!
Serving Size: makes 6 LARGE servings (I eat this as my meal)
