1 tbsp. trans fat free margarine or 1 tbsp. olive oil plus a pinch of salt1/2 Cup oat flour1/2 cup almond flour1/4 cup ground flax seed3/4 cup oats1/2 cup applesauce (unsweetened)1 tbsp. honey1 tbsp. agave nectar1/4 cup stevia sweetener1 tsp. vanilla1/2 tsp. salt1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1/4 cup chopped pecans1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a skillet over medium-high and add the margarine or oil and salt. Add oats and stir to coat. Continue to toast until golden brown. Remove from pan and cool. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop and press down to form cookie. Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
