Place shrimp in a large bowl shred immitation crab meat it usually come pull apart easily with your hands, chop tomato, onion, cucumber and cilantro into litlle cubes place all in bowl squeeze half the lemons into the bowl, add V8 Juice and mix all ingrediants then add salt and pepper to taste and finally chop the avocado and add them in and squeeze the remaining lemon.
