Balsamic Chicken with Zucchini

3 chicken Breasts (about 3-4 oz each)Panko Bread crumbs, 0.25 cup 1 small zucchini, .5 cup 1 Egg, fresh, whole, rawBalsamic Vinegar (2 tbsp)
1. Place balsamic vinegar in bowl. Slice a small zucchini and and place in bowl - mix well to coat the slices then remove zucchini. (could substitute with yellow squash)
2. Beat one egg into the remaining vinegar.
3. Dip each chicken breast in vinegar/egg mix then coat with Panko Flakes (I usually put .25 cup of flakes in a plate).
4. Assemble chicken breasts and squash in baking dish.
5. Cook at 350ºF for 20 minutes or until Chicken's internal temp is 165º
