Turkey Egg Roll Stir Fry

Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground turkey1 head of cabbage, small to medium1/4 onion chopped fine1-3 garlic cloves minced, according to desired taste2-4 tsp of freshly grated ginger, according to desired taste1/2 tsp of garlic powder1 TBS sesame oil1 TBS Low Sodium Soy Sauce1/2 tsp of black pepper
Directions
Shred cabbage
Brown turkey in a wok or a large skillet
Drain/remove any grease from the browned meat
Add cabbage
Add remaining ingredients
Toss/mix ingredients until the cabbage is evenly coated
Cover and cook over a medium heat until the cabbage is wilted, tossing/mixing occasionally
