Mint Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
2c all purpose, white flour2/3 c Cocoa powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1c margarine (2 sticks)2/3c sugar2/3c brown sugar1 tsp vanilla2 large eggs10 bag Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a small bowl, blend together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl mix margarine, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and eggs with a mixer. Slowly blend in the flour mixture.

Stir in the baking chips.

Drop on ungreased baking sheets. Bake about 11 minutes. Let sit on baking sheet 2 minutes then transfer to wire baking rack to cool.
