2 cups *Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp. Baking Soda0.25 cup *Canola Oil1 large Egg, fresh, whole1 cup grated carrot0.5 cup Granulated Sugar1.5 cups Banana, fresh mashed0.5 cup Raisins, (not packed)
Heat oven to 35 degrees
Put dry ingredients in separate bowl and mix together.
Put all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix together. Spray bread pan with cooking spray. Put batter into bread pan and place in oven. Bake for 50 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on baking rack.
Serving Size: Makes 16 medium thin slices
