2 tbsp fresh Rosemary or 1 tsp dried1/4 cup Olive Oil 1 tbsp chopped Garlic 24 oz Lamb Chop
In a large bowl combine garlic,rosemary,olive oil, salt and pepper mix well adding enough salt to make the marinade taste border line salty (don't over do it).
Add the chops to the marinade, coat well and cover with plastic wrap.
Marinade over night in refrigerator; cook in a large heated saute pan using some of the garlic rosemary marinade oil from the bowl, cook to your liking and serve.
