Paleo Chocolate cake in a mug

Ingredients
1 egg1/2 tsp. vanillapinch of salt3 Tbsp. cocoa powder1 Tbsp. oil1 Tbsp. honey1 Tbsp. almond milk
Directions
Place first three ingredients: egg, vanilla and salt in a medium to large bowl. Whisk until lemon colored and frothy. Sift in cocoa powder. Add oil, honey & almond milk. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Oil microwave safe mug or ramekin. Pour batter in prepared dish. In a microwave that is 1000 watts, cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Let sit an additional 3 minutes at least. Enjoy!

    Good! Instead of 3 tablespoons cocoa, I used 2 tablespoons cocoa and 1 tablespoon almond flour. I also added 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder. - 12/9/15
