Banana Chocolate Oatmeal Mini Muffins

Ingredients
1/14 cup flour1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp baking powder1 tbs vegetable oil3 large egg whites3 ripe bananas (med to larg)1 cup dry oatmeal1/2 Semi Sweet mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Stir dry ingredients together. Add oil eggs and mix. Mash bananas. Add to mixture. Add oatmeal. Mix well. Scoop batter into sprayed mini muffin pan. Bake 15 minutes or until muffins look brown on edges. Remove from oven, pan, and set on wire rack to cool.
