Baked Mexican Chicken Thigh

Baked Chicken Thigh (w/bone & skin), 5 serving Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 2 tsp
Preheat oven to 350
Rinse chicken with cold water, pat dry with paper towel.
In bowl mix seasonings.
Add chicken to bowl and mix around.
Drizzle olive oil on each pieces rubbing in.
Place chicken in oven safe dish, add small amount of water, uncover, put in oven
Cook for 45 minute or until done.
In last 10 minutes, turn the boiler on.
Serve with Spanish rice and broccoli.
